Agoratec began with a simple question
Could AI understand human preferences as well as, or better than, humans themselves? This led to our foundational research into how AI could capture and model the deeply subjective world of human taste perception. What started as an experimental project using wine tasting as a testing ground has evolved into a suite of revolutionary multi-agent AI platforms that are transforming industries from beverage and food to brewing operations and beyond.
Our name, "Agoratec," combines "agora" (the ancient Greek marketplace and gathering place for ideas) with "tec" (technology), reflecting our mission to create a meeting point where human perception and artificial intelligence converge to generate new possibilities.
